BGSV - Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (Previous name: RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH.
BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development....) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.
Job Description
+ Verification and Validation of Configurable items
+ Configuration Audits reporting, verification of actions and tracking to closure
+ Facilitate/moderate for CAR/8D and LLBP management at project level
+ Support and drive topics of Project Planning, Tracking and Closure
+ Perform content based reviews ( e.g. Code review)/ validation tests/checks/ audits
+ Conduct reviews of activities and work products against specifications, processes and standards.
+ Reporting of QA status, EPQs involvement is only wrt Project/customer specific topics
+ Review & approval of Risk plan
+ Provide inputs for Metrics plan review
+ PDC shall be performed by EPQ prior to all releases
+ Independent evaluation of product-/process maturity (e.g.: reviews, Audit, PCC, PQSR, PDC, WPA, assessments (for example ASPICE, CMMI)...)) and early escalation of risks in Q-organization and Key Stakeholders
+ Preparation of quality report based on defined quality targets and KPI (e.g. SLA-Compliance, DQV, PQSR).
+ Duty to escalate if measures to achieve the Q-targets are not sufficient in her/his view.
+ Release of SW-Release of in-house development and third-party components from Q-perspective.
+ Responsible to check the existence of required review/approval records and compliance information for the 3rd party software license usage.
+ Supporting the project in continuous improvement activities towards quality mindset and quality of work products in the project ( PDCA/QIP/DRP...)
+ Collaborate with the Component QA team in line with the System QA strategy.
+ Support of PM/DM regarding communication of quality relevant aspects to customers. Creation and regular updating of product-related quality forecast and alignment of quality targets with product/project and business targets) with risk assessments and if necessary arrange measures and review their effectiveness.
+ Insurance of adequate use (right effect) of SW/IT quality methods and processes in product development and regarding incoming products.
+ Verification, if software quality assurance activities are carried out as planned and whether the quality status corresponds to the prerequisites for the product release.
+ Conduct PDC for the bug fix
