*** Job Responsibility:
The Process Specialist develops and validates processes necessary for the manufacture of liquid dairy products, juices, and non-alcoholic beverages. He/She led the trial activity for new and existing clients.
*** Duties will include and not be limited to:
• Develop and validate new processes, programs, equipment and technologies for new product development and process improvement projects. Provide technical support during the start-up of new or modified equipment.
• Study product and raw material characteristics and/or customer requirements and confer with management to determine validation objectives and standards.
• Prepares and controls the technology transfer documents to ensure complete turnover of technology to stakeholders.
• Plans and execute trials and technical changes to the process, equipment or products and prepare recommendations for further improvement based on the results.
• Assist in the setting up of process control settings to ensure normal production and provide technical support in the creation and execution of packaging and production parameters that have direct impact on the volume and quality of the products being produced.
• Prepare validation or performance qualification protocols for new or modified manufacturing processes, systems, or equipment.
• Prepare detailed reports or design statements based on results of validation and qualification tests or reviews of procedures and protocols.
• Create, populate, or maintain databases for tracking validation activities, test results, or validated systems.
• Partners with concerned teams and identifies process and/or equipment efficiency problems and explores and executes innovative ways to address the issue.
• Checks and improve the quality control procedures in the plant from raw material staging through to the finished products in partnership with concerned teams.
• Audit plant batching operations and analyze consumer comments.
• Monitors employees during execution of process parameters implementation and works with concerned teams in developing action plans to deviations.
Yêu cầu
• Graduate of Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Dairy Science, Chemistry, Biology and other allied courses.
• At least 5 years of experience in the Dairy or Beverage Industry preferably specializing in process development and validation.
• Has knowledge in statistical process control.
• Solid knowledge in Food Hygiene, Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, 5S, Continuous Improvement, Project Management, Manufacturing Process and Quality Systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills. Can speak and communicate in English.
