Mô tả công việc
Oversea supplier & customs control
a. Oversea supplier
- Select & evaluate oversea supplier
- Negotiate price & cost down activities
- Forecast & PO sending
- Follow delivery to ensure production
- Payment to suppliers
b. Customs
- Handle customs clearance for import/export (excluded import from EPE)
- Follow with FWD to ensure delivery time
- Refund
c. Export
- Follow Forecast, order from buyer
- Prepare docs (C/O, inv, bill, book vessel..)
Yêu cầu
- Bachelors degree in external economics, economics or related field
- Preferable candidates have experience in field: SCM, Purchasing, Procurement, Import-export
- Good command of English (- TOEIC 700)
- Preferable having Chinese language
- Have Microsoft Office skill (Word, Excel & Powerpoint )
- High responsibility, creative in work, punctual
- Having ability to wotk under high presure
- Well-communicate
