Procurement Supervisor - VIC (6-month Contract)

A. PURPOSE OF POSITION
• Strategic category management for the in-charged category, sourcing, negotiation, contracting
and supplier management.
• In-charged Category: managing all requirements for VILC requirements for breweries such as: all
direct materials (Malt, Hops, Flavor, Rice, Alu Can, Glass Bottle, Crown, Carton, Utility, Auxiliary,...)
B. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Functional Duties:
• Develop strategic and operational plans for the assigned category, manage execution, and
measure results.
• Create strategies, schedules, and work assignments to ensure projects meet time and budget
goals.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze supplier performance metrics.
• Provide recommendations to reduce costs and improve quality.
• Manage sourcing processes, standards, and practices to align with company business goals and
objectives.
• Be flexible and down-to-earth in approach.
• Maintain the supplier database and conduct cost driver analysis.
• Establish and update cost models for analysis, with a solid understanding of supply and demand
markets, category supply markets, cost structures, total cost of ownership (TCO), etc.
• Administer contracts, purchase orders, and commitments for goods and services.
• Forecast, monitor, and report on performance targets.
• Achieve assigned cost savings and payment term targets.
• Drive aggressive cost savings by continuously developing new alternative suppliers and using e-
auctions.
• Ensure sourcing and contract compliance with company policies.
• Ensure the accuracy of procurement-related data.
2. Other Duties:
• Perform projects or tasks as assigned by the manager in a timely manner.
