Procurement Supervisor

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certification such as CIPS is an advantage.
3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
Experience in working with international brands or multinational companies in Vietnam is preferred.
Experience supporting sourcing and purchasing activities, including vendor selection, quotation comparison, and purchase order management.
Good understanding of import procedures and logistics coordination, including experience working with 3PL and freight forwarding partners.
Basic financial understanding, including cost comparison, budget tracking, and reporting to management.
Effective communication and coordination skills, capable of working with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams (Vietnam and Indonesia).
Fluent in Vietnamese and good command of English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
Familiarity with Vietnam's import regulations, such as the Bureau of Customs (BOC) and FDA Vietnam, is an advantage.
Good negotiation and vendor management skills with an orientation toward cost efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Functional Competencies
Procurement & Logistics Coordination:
Understanding of purchasing procedures, import/export documentation, customs requirements, and Incoterms within the ASEAN region.
Supplier & Stakeholder Management:
Ability to maintain relationships with local vendors, 3PLs, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
Negotiation & Cost Control:
Skilled in negotiating quotations, managing supplier performance, and supporting initiatives to optimize procurement costs.
Regulatory Compliance:
Working knowledge of Vietnam import processes, customs clearance, and product documentation for imported food products.
Reporting & System Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP or similar) for purchase order management and reporting.
