Mô tả công việc
- Analyze and assess fabric needs, based on direction, and make design/fabric recommendations.
- Design and engineer home textile concepts
- Partner with Merchandiser and Digital Designer to ensure key price points and merchandising seasonal directions are clearly developed per classification.
- Partner with suppliers on all fabric development. Work with suppliers to ensure the brand is meeting pricing, quality & design targets
- Maintain fabric development calendar and adhere to seasonal calendar deadlines
- Update and maintain fabric/sub materials library and supplier's matrix.
- Work closely with Product Development to ensure a seamless hand over process.
- Partner with corporate testing to ensure all fabrics are developed to meet testing standards.

- Working time: 7:30 to 17:30 from Monday to Friday
- Quantity: 02 positions: 01 Manager & 01 Senior Staff
Requirements and skills
- Previous at least 02 - 03 experience years in R&D or related area.
- Strong technical knowledge of woven and knit fabrics.
- Experience in designing for Home Textiles, Housewares products is a plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Effective time management and project management skills.
- Experience with raw material and garment testing
- English fluently is an advantage.
