Job Purpose:
We are seeking a high-integrity, self-driven Senior
Sales Executive to spearhead our B2B OEM/ODM cosmetics business in Vietnam. This role is built entirely on mutual trust and high autonomy. You will be responsible for managing key beauty brand accounts, driving revenue growth, and working independently to represent COSMAX Vietnam with the highest level of professionalism and ethics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Autonomous Client Management: Independently identify, approach, and secure new B2B business opportunities (Local beauty brands, indie brands, and corporate clients) for cosmetic manufacturing.
• Key Account Professionalism: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring project timelines, product specifications, and sales contracts are met with 100% accuracy and transparency.
• Transparent Reporting: Provide honest, data-driven, and timely weekly/monthly sales forecasts and market intelligence reports directly to the Vietnam Director.
• Cross-Border Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Technical, R&D, and Production teams in Thailand and South Korea to ensure flawless project execution.

Key Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of proven track record in B2B Sales, Technical Sales, or
Business Development (Experience in Cosmetics, Chemicals, FMCG, or OEM/ODM manufacturing is highly preferred).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Language: Fluent in English and Vietnamese (Written and Spoken). Knowledge of Korean or Thai is a strong plus.
