Product Executive
to work closely with the
Group Product Manager

Job Summary
As a
Product Executive
, your key tasks include:
Supporting the Group Product Manager in planning and executing innovative marketing strategies for assigned products to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Driving and monitoring marketing campaigns, controlling budgets, and reporting on performance effectiveness.
Assisting the sales team in customer engagement and delivering impactful promotional activities.
Conducting market visits, analyzing industry and competitor insights, and recommending actionable strategies to strengthen brand competitiveness.
Coordinating and delivering training programs for the sales force, followed by performance evaluations to ensure maximum learning impact.
Facilitating the development and launch of new products to meet evolving market demands.
Preparing in-depth reports and data analyses for performance tracking and strategic decision-making.
Qualification & Experience
Applications are invited from candidates who meet the following criteria:
A university degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
At least 2 years of experience in a Product Executive or equivalent role, preferably within cosmetic sectors.
Experience in Cosmetics, Beauty, or Skincare categories will be a highly valued asset.
Skills & Knowledge The ideal candidate is proactive and action-focused, with exceptional project management and analytical skills. You should bring strong communication and presentation abilities in both Vietnamese and English to interact effectively with local and international stakeholders. You must be adept at leveraging AI tools for idea generation, content enhancement, and data analysis. A competitive mindset, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure will help you thrive and deliver outstanding results in this role.
