Job Description
Homebase is looking for a talented candidate to join the team as a Product Management (APM) Intern. This position allows you to develop your leadership potential, execute projects end-to-end, and shape the future of Homebase.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering a superior customer experience through impactful products and possess the ability to contribute appropriate product-related insights and strategies. The candidate will have a chance to work directly with core members of our high-performing team to develop, launch, and improve our mobile app in the Proptech field.
Upon joining Homebase, you will assume the following responsibilities::
Collaborating closely with marketing, engineering, and design teams on the development, and release of impactful products at the intersection of Real Estate and Technology;
Driving the execution of all lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch;
Communicating findings directly to senior managers and devising product strategy in tandem;
Translating product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams;
Relentlessly working towards constantly improving product features;
Developing efficient customer communication and feedback channels;
Conduct quality assurance to ensure optimal experience for users.
Our Requirements
We are looking for candidates who fulfill the following criteria:
Able to commit for at least 6 months;
Pursuing a degree in Business (any major), UI/UX, Comp Sci, Engineering, or a related major;
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
Strong communication and collaboration skills;
Previous experience in project management is a plus;
Past internship experience in Marketing, Product, BA, Business Development, or related field is a plus;
Past leadership experiences are a plus.
