Plan and execute user acquisition campaigns (Vietnam is the main market, with plans to expand globally), including but not limited to:
Creating written and media content for fanpages, groups, and other user-facing channels.
Building strategic partnerships with brands or communities that share a similar target audience.
Assist in organizing online/offline events, AMA sessions, or workshops to drive awareness and engagement.
Track and optimize performance across the marketing funnel (from awareness to conversion).
Respond to customer inquiries and support requests across multiple channels (livechat, email).
Collaborate with the product team to ensure a smooth customer experience and collect feedback for product improvement.
Yêu cầu
Interest in content creation and community building
Basic understanding of app development or social media
Proactive, user-centric mindset
Willingness to learn and experiment
Familiarity with Shopify/POD apps is a plus
