JOB PURPOSES:
• Owns and drives the delivery of digital/technology products.
• Translates business needs into actionable backlog items.
• Prioritizes features to maximize business and user value.
• Ensures solutions deliver tangible benefits to end-users and the organization.
• Acts as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
• Serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Backlog Ownership: Create, prioritize, and refine product backlog based on business value and user needs.
• Requirement Definition: Translate business requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Stakeholder Management: Align expectations, manage priorities, and ensure transparent communication.
• Delivery Support: Work closely with engineers and
designers during sprints to remove blockers and ensure on-time delivery.
• Value Measurement: Define KPIs, monitor product performance, and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Change & Adoption: Support roll-out, user adoption, and ensure solutions deliver tangible business impact.
• Bachelor's degree: Major in IT field
• 6 years of working experience with 3-4+ years in Product Owner,
Business Analyst, or related role (must have)
