As a Product Specialist Beverage, you will be the expert on Ly Gia Vien's product portfolio, providing in-depth knowledge and support to the sales team and customers. You'll play a crucial role in educating the sales team about product features and benefits, assisting with technical demonstrations, and ensuring customers understand the value our products bring to their businesses.
Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of Ly Gia Vien's product portfolio, including features, benefits, technical specifications, and competitive advantages.
Sales Support: Assist sales representatives in presenting and demonstrating products to customers, addressing technical questions, and overcoming objections.
Training: Conduct training sessions for the sales team on new and existing products, ensuring they have the knowledge and confidence to sell effectively.
Content Development: Contribute to the development of product-related marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and website content.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Experience 2+ years in a R&D Beverage, Barista,
Bartender roles
Strong technical knowledge of beverage products. Passion for beverage and a desire to educate others
Excellent presentation and training skills. Ability to translate complex technical information into simple terms
Flexible in terms of working location and working hours. Ability in both Vietnamese and English.
