This Production Intern position might be for YOU, if:
You have:
Excellent written & spoken English skills
Love to work and communicate with people, internally and externally
Super humor is a plus to enjoy solving problems
"Can do" attitude, proactive, and forward-thinking
You're good at:
Working with internal teams to understand production requirements and project goals.
Assisting the Production Manager in contact, work, and supervision of relevant vendors and suppliers throughout the production process, aiming to ensure project quality, timeline, and budget.
Developing network, relationships with production house, post house, photography studios, influencers, freelancers, talent, suppliers
Facilitating communication around production touch points with relevant partners, suppliers, freelancers...
Cross-checking and following up with internal teams, account, and creative
Provide support in project execution
You're extra awesome at:
Keeping up to date with trends in film technology
Ensuring suppliers' portfolio and relevant project files and folders are maintained in good order
Managing production WIP documents, ensuring that they are accurate and updated weekly for smooth production processing
