Mô tả công việc
Overall: Support factory operations through planning, reporting, administration, ISO control, and manpower management to ensure compliance, cost control, and efficient daily operations (PC Common & Administration Executive).
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Administration (Common)
- Manage QBP & KPI reports; handle meal booking, stationary, supplies (tool & equipment), assets, taxi cards, and department overtime (OVT).
- Support common meetings and general administrative tasks of the PC department.
2. Human Resources / Headcount
- Forecast and control headcount based on PSI; prepare monthly Kotomae documents and submit to Accounting (ACC).
- Conduct monthly BOD meetings and weekly meetings to control manpower status.
- Prepare headcount budget planning (BP), update actual manpower changes, raise recruitment requests, and monitor factory OVT weekly.
3. ISO Management
- Control ISO documents and records of the department.
- Support and coordinate internal and external ISO audits; follow up corrective actions.
4. Planning, Standard Time & Cost
- Support, follow new model development activities and CR meetings.
- Calculate standard time (MOST), standard manpower, and annual Standard Operation Rate.
- Perform tasks related to common cost and fixed cost as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher.
Experience: Have at least 1 - 2 years of experience as a PC Staff. Fresh graduates with strong abilities are welcome.
Skills and capabilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong data summarizing, analysis, and reporting skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, responsible, and able to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
- Good communication, problem-solving, time management skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Basic English reading and writing skills are required (Japanese proficiency is a plus).
- Hard-working with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Having knowledge of PSI, headcount planning, Kotomae, BP/FC is a plus.
