Mô tả công việc
• To control production activities according to GMP, ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standard at all time.
• To make production schedule of the machines and arrangement the manpower according to catch up demand of Assembly side/loading time of export components.
• To supervise and ensure technician to perform daily monitoring on the operation machines, setting parameter and ensure it is compliance of specification, Verify shop packet order.
• To provide all technical support, troubleshooting and co-operate with related department (PM, Assembly, Molding, TK, IPQC, QC, QM)
• To minimum machine downtime, MUV
• To co-operate with QM/IPQC/Project team to make detail of validation plan/New machine
• To repair the malfunction of machines and equipment, document activities accordingly
• To initiate improvement on the functionally of the machine, equipment to increase its efficiency and routine check on the machine for sign of fault in order to preventive down time or malfunction of machines.
• To act as team leader to ensure the works meet agreed target by direct oversee the team member
• To participant in activities: EHS/ Energy management/ ... or arrange staffs to participate these activities if needed.
• To work with all related department for root cause analysis of any issue: quality/ EHS/ Machine breakdown. Then make correct action and preventive action accordingly.( DIR/A3..)
• To co-operate with QM engineer for carrying out Calibrations for equipment according to requirement
• To carry out any other job or instructions assigned by the immediate leadership
Yêu cầu
• Good communication in English.
• Graduate in background about mechanical, electrical, automation.
• Knowledge of automation and assembly machines are a plus
• Good attitude, good teamwork
• Good in present skill and use QC tool competently is plus
• MS office competently
