Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for training new operator/new production member.
• Training, skill up and coaching shop floor peoples.
• Problem-solving in daily basis that helps to improve and maximize production output (S, Q, C, D and E).
• Ensure the team to follow the company's rules, regulations, and process standards; ensure to complete the production order efficiently under the premise of good quality, good 5S condition.
• Responsible for the management of production staff, supervise and ensure that workers follow the standard operation; coordinate between the production and other departments; provide the operators with work guidance and training as required.
• Review the output and production efficiency of each line and make sure it meets the target.
• Supervise the operators in the workshop and correct those behavior which violate the company regulation or the standardization of Tenneco P3.
• 5S management in workshop, make sure the shift follows the 5S regulation as P3 requirements.
• Timely communicate with Production Senior Engineer/ Production Team Leader and other departments to solve emergency in production process.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
• Graduate from University with Major in Engineering fields.
• English communication skill is mandatory requirement.
• Be mature with MS Offices (Excel, MS Words, PowerPoint)
• Have at least 03 years experience in positions of production engineer in FDI company (Japanese, European or US are preferable)
• Good skill in production planning
• Excellent in excel, data operating and analyzing
• Strongly communication skill, leadership skill is preferable.
• Be honest, persistent and mind-set of "can do"
