Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and organize tasks according to the production plan.
• Assign, implement, and supervise all employee activities on the production line.
• Monitor production progress as well as the condition of machinery and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize the production process.
• Train and develop team members to improve their skills and work performance.
• Detailed job responsibilities will be discussed during the interview.
Yêu cầu
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and fabrication principles.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment.
• Deep understanding of occupational safety procedures and quality control standards.
• Candidates with knowledge of QC 7 Tools, 5S, Cycle Time, and Ho-Ren-So are highly preferred.
• Experience in productivity improvement teams, quality performance reporting, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Good communication skills in either English or Japanese.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in production management or related fields.
• Ability to work in shifts.
