Assign and assign work to staff in the team
Make the most of available machines and equipment for planning
Suggest ideas to promote and improve productivity to higher levels.
Coordinate with warehouse management to make an order to open raw materials for each order;
Specific planning to know the delivery time.
Plan weekly and monthly production based on the order of the order;
Detailed production planning every day for each machine part, by process or vice versa;
Analyze and update plans to achieve production targets and meet customer requirements;
Monitoring and adjusting the plan based on customer requirements, available materials, machinery, tools, and processes;
Information and reporting on the plan implementation to the Head
Coordinate with the Head to evaluate the staff's performance in the department.
Expediting production units to always follow the production schedule to meet the shipment plan;
Make sure reports are accurate and on time;
Clearly explain the instructions of the superiors to the team staff;
Perform other necessary tasks as suggested by the Head

Yêu cầu
At least 02 years of experience in production management, production planning
Flexibility in production planning
Proficient in using computers (Word, Excell, Email ...);
Ability to use English;
Ability to organize, arrange and coordinate work in an assigned team
University graduated
