PSK is urgently looking for a Production Planning Manager with experience in working in manufacturing company.
Responsibilities:
To coordinate the business planning process (S&OP process) involving all the business functions to ensure excellent customer service at optimized cost.
Support the operations in implementing production and material flow process changes to optimize productivity, and support new business implementation
Be primarily responsible for capacity planning for the designated product line, coordinates with the operations teams to develop robust supply strategies that will drive improvement in service and cost.
Continuously monitor and check actual performance of the designated product line vs. objectives via weekly/monthly report, prepares gap analysis and corrective action.
Ensure current customer relations are maintained and strengthened, expand business with new customers in current channels and in adjacent industries
Provide leadership to team member and responsible for all aspects of planning.
Requirements:
8+ years experiences in international company (preferable B2B) in the position directly involved with supply chain planning and production planning
University degree in Industry Management, Engineering, Economy or other related disciplines. Higher education degree (e.g. MBA) will be an advantage.
Fluent English.
Excellent and good knowledge of Excel, SAP system
Extremely strong skills: communication, leadership, business analysis, process system development, administration and change management.
