Quality Control & Compliance
Oversee and control product quality both in-line and before shipment, ensuring consistent adherence to specifications.
Guarantee Decathlon compliance standards and local regulations are met across all dimensions: safety, environment, toxicology, and social compliance.
Lead and prepare for factory audits, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
Supplier Partnership & Development
Actively support our suppliers and industrial partners, fostering strong collaborative relationships to achieve operational excellence.
Coach and train supplier teams on quality management best practices.
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
Drive the continuous improvement process by leveraging diverse problem-solving tools and methodologies.
Identify and implement opportunities for improvement to reduce costs, enhance competitiveness, and ensure long-term sustainability.
Support factories in improving their production efficiency through rigorous quality processes.
Yêu cầu
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Quality roles within a manufacturing environment, ideally in the sportswear industry.
Product Passion: A genuine passion for sports products and a deep understanding of their components, processes, and relevant technologies.
Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and influence with diverse teams and partners.
Language Proficiency: Strong proficiency in both Vietnamese and good English communication skills (written and verbal).
Location Flexibility: Willingness to work and be based in Hanoi, with frequent travel to factories (at least 3 days a week) factory locations: Thai Nguyen or Thai Binh
