We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our production operations. You'll guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows
CÁC CÔNG VIỆC CHÍNH/ MAIN ACTIVITIES / TASKS (PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES):
1. Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
2. Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
3. Oversee and coach employees
4. Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
5. Check production output according to specifications
6. Submit reports on performance and progress
7. Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
8. Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
1. Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools (Food Production)
2. Ability to analyze data and provide insights from data
3. Organizational and leadership abilities
4. Communication and interpersonal skills
5. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
6. Knowledge of Quality system management, HACCP, ISO, 5S...
7. Bachelor degree in technical, engineering or relevant majors
8. Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role (2 years minimum)
