Production Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY (Objective/Purpose of Position):
The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading the production team and ensuring the smooth operation of production processes. This role includes managing maintenance, ensuring quality standards, controlling costs, meeting delivery schedules, maintaining safety, caring for employees, providing training and development, optimizing output, setting targets, handling customer complaints, driving continuous improvement (CIP), and motivating the team.

Equipment Maintenance:
• Ensure all machinery and equipment are properly maintained and operate

Troubleshooting:
• Address and resolve equipment malfunction promptly to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and upgrades.
Quality Assurance:
• Monitor production quality standards and implement quality control processes.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Issue Resolution:

Complaint Resolution:
• Address and resolve customer complaints related to production issues.
