Handle system development and analysis of the claim report to finalize all reports of the Client Benefits Management. Follow up claim documents and request with other department and internal department such as setting claim reserve and revert report with Accounting department. Control all the claim reports with internal and external department, input the claim case into system, follow up fully claim data. Support the claim handling process when needed for other teams in the Client Benefits Management.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Focus on the technological development of the claim system.
- Ensure consistency, stability and accuracy of claim data.
- Handle claims reports and plays a contact point with TPA partner for claim products that it's processed outside.
- Follow up the quality control with TPA via daily task.
- The sorting and record keeping scientific claims documents in the order for easy retrievable. Management complete and accurate information of the claims data. Ensure full scan documents into the system.
- For the transactions dealing with claim decision, it is necessary to contact and respond quickly and accurately in accordance with the process and standards.
- Building typical reports to serve the needs of strong development and operation of the claim department.
- Ensure complete, accurate and timely input the data claim requirement into the claim system.
- Ensure consistency, stability and accuracy of claim data.
- Join to support UAT and Building typical reports to serve the needs of strong development and operation of the Client Benefits Management.
- Handle claim status and claim report analysis accurately, fully, promptly with all channels as Banca, Agents,...
- Coordinate control the CBM's expenses reasonably and ensure compliance with regulations on expenses.
- Coordinate, support colleagues in all operations. Execute and comply with other tasks assigned by manager and leader.
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
- The ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
- Communication skills to interact with dynamic personalities to obtain information.
- Work in an organized manner.
- Ability and willingness to learn and adapt to the working environment.
- Logical thinking.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of admin and reporting is preferred
- Have job experience and skills
- Prioritize have good knowledge of life insurance
