Mô tả công việc
• Manage and maintain client relationships to enhance customer service experience and ensure testing service quality and efficient operations;
• Deliver tailor-made and one-stop laboratory testing services by closely following up client's needs; Provide timely resolution of issues to client;
• Seek for further business opportunities;
• Develop relationship with new clients;
• Oversee client's laboratory testing programs; Prepare client's summary and report;
• Support Sales Team to solve the enquiries and problems with consistency and accuracy;
• Supervise Client Service Team and continuous monitoring of services quality;
• Handle ad-hoc assignment as required.
Yêu cầu
• Diploma/degree holder in any discipline (though Science, Engineering, or another technical discipline will be a plus).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skill.
• + 5 years customer service working experience in testing laboratory (toys / textile / footwear/ chemical test).
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
• Self-initiated, independent and a good team player.
