Chinese: Fluent in communication (requires coordination with the Chinese headquarters)
Vietnamese: Proficient in the local language and familiar with cultural customs.Deeply understand the cultural situation and differences in the Vietnamese market Capable of building and managing a Vietnamese team
Priority given to private domain operations with banking or finance related experienceEnglish as an additional item (cross-border collaboration)
