CME Solar is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Project Controller to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of multiple rooftop solar projects, from the initial Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) stage to completion and handover.
• Manage all aspects of assigned rooftop solar projects, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and monitoring the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from pre-construction and construction phases to handover to Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and Asset Management teams.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 software.
• Track project progress, ensure alignment between the EPC contract's Scope of Work (SOW) and the commitments outlined in the PPA, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct regular data analysis using Power BI to monitor project performance and identify potential areas for improvement.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports, including progress reports, cost reports, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and contractual obligations.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
• Proven experience in managing C&I scale rooftop solar projects.
• Strong understanding of the project lifecycle, from development to handover.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and Power BI is highly desirable.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required.
