Mô tả công việc
- Research and develop potential land portfolio for project development growth strategy;
- Identify critical aspects and perform overall analysis for new investment opportunities;
- Develop, consolidate & present feasibility studies, due diligence results of new investment opportunities to key internal stakeholders to align on investment decision;
- Negotiate and finalize investment opportunities (joint-venture, capital contribution, other types of partnerships, land purchase, etc.);
- Oversee important project milestones, manage substantial changes/value-added opportunities that effect project profitability;
- Maintain and develop fruitful relationships with partners, high-level, decision-making contacts, government authorities and related agencies;
- Work closely with cross-functional members of management team to drive and implement new business development and investment portfolio;
- Update regularly the market change and new regulations or directions in real estate development area, which serve as the input to investment strategy;
- Manage the department's annual operating plan and drive the team members to deliver the department's overall objectives;
- Perform other tasks assigned by BOD.
Yêu cầu
- University degree in Urban Planning / Investment / Finance / Economics / Real Estate or other related major.
- At least 10 years of working experience in real estate industry (Investment, Planning, Legal, etc.).
- Must have hand-on full experience in Real Estate Investment / development area throughout a project lifecycle.
- Must have undertaken feasibility study (financial model), valuation and due diligence, and investment review committee process in Real Estate Business Development.
- Excellent networking and communication skills.
- Good command of market research, analyst, problem-solving skills.
- Good communication in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing).
- Well organized, able to handle pressure.
- Confident, enthusiastic, polite and detail-oriented.
Working location: 13-15A Nguyen Thi Huynh, ward 8, Phu Nhuan district, HCMC
Working hours: Monday-Friday 8:00-17:00
