Direct end-to-end project development, from feasibility studies and master planning to construction, fit-out, and grand opening.
Oversee design development with architects and consultants to ensure the vision reflects the brand's luxury positioning.
Lead planning and execution of hotel/resort and commercial plaza projects while balancing cost, quality, and time.
Manage contracts, construction schedules, risk assessments, and procurement strategies.
Coordinate with hotel operators, international consultants, and investors throughout the project.
Ensure all developments comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and hospitality standards.
Lead internal and external project teams, ensuring alignment across design, construction, legal, and finance departments.
Provide monthly reports, financial tracking, and milestone updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Drive value engineering without compromising quality or luxury standards.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience managing large-scale, luxury project developments.
Proven track record in successful delivery of international-standard hotel or resort projects.
Experience working with international hotel brands is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, FF&E/OS&E, and handover procedures.
Good in English
