Mô tả Công việc
Provide the technical support on Case goods product structure, technical drawings of products, material lists, cartons and label approval.
Coordinate with factory to complete Carton die line/ AI/ Part List/ SPEC/ Functional drawing/ Engineering drawing/ Container loading diagram/ Packaging layout/ GCC or CPC testing/ Transit testing/ Product testing
Develop the product packaging.
Arrange internal test (quality and transit test) & 3rd party lab test according to division's requirement. Work on TRF for testing except online TRF. Interact with laboratory technicians to maintain standards on all products.
Host pre-production meeting to issue product process standard.
Sign off production sample, carton, all related labels for factory and quality team inspection reference.
Support problem/complaining solving of each item.
Working with development team closely and provide engineering support for samples when in development stage (sample review).
Creation, maintaining and uploading engineering data in Dorel system.
Maintain and manage project technical communication with the customer, sales, quality and manufacturing;
ECN process application
Join with QA for 1st for shipment inspection and quarterly inspection to ensure mass production meets standard.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
University Degree required, engineering degree preferred.
05 years working experience on engineer, own the rich engineering experience and knowledge in Case good furniture, upholstery, and bedroom furniture is preferable.
Good understanding of international quality standards and safety regulations on wood furniture, upholstery and materials.
Owns the knowledge & experience on wood & upholstery furniture.
SKILLS:
Be good at English and be able to communicate in Chinese is preferable.
Be able to work on 2D/3D software (AutoCAD, Solid Work, Inventor etc.) which can well present the engineering capability.
Good teamwork and capability to persuade vendor. Good communication and coordination.
