The Project Manager - Building & Infrastructure (B&I) is responsible for planning, coordinating and controlling B&I project delivery from initiation, design coordination, tender/procurement support, construction supervision, QA/QC, HSE, schedule control, documentation and compliance through to completion.
The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, in accordance with client requirements, applicable codes/standards and SGS procedures.
Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, MEP Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in building, infrastructure or industrial construction projects, with at least 3 years in project management / construction management / consultant role.
Strong knowledge of project administration, design coordination, tender/procurement process, construction supervision, QA/QC, HSE and document control.
Good understanding of Vietnamese construction regulations, building codes, legal compliance and common contract management practices. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including clients,
designers, contractors, suppliers, authorities and internal SGS teams.
Fluent in Vietnamese and good command of English for meetings, reports, technical documents and client communication.
Professional, disciplined, ethical and safety-oriented working style; able to work under pressure and travel to project sites when required.
