Project Management
Develop comprehensive project plans (scope, timeline, resources, budget)
Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule
Identify and manage risks, proposing timely mitigation strategies
Control and manage change requests throughout the project lifecycle
Team Coordination & Leadership
Assign tasks to team members (developers, engineers, QA, vendors, etc.)
Track team performance and support issue resolution
Foster collaboration and ensure effective cross-functional teamwork
Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the main point of contact for clients
Gather and clarify requirements
Report on project status, quality, and issues
Manage client expectations
Quality Management
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards
Work closely with QA teams on testing and acceptance
Continuously improve processes and workflows
Project Financial Management
Monitor project costs and ensure budget adherence
Optimize resource utilization and project efficiency

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management (preferably in engineering)
Experience working with B2B clients
Skills
Strong project management knowledge
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, etc.)
Good English communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management (preferably in engineering)
