Project Operator

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Operator to join our team on a full-time remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT and software projects, with a deep understanding of project lifecycle management and cross-functional collaboration. • Research, track, maintain and update potential customer information from available sources
• Sending emails introducing products and solutions to potential customers
• Providing support in creating sales and marketing materials for the products
• Assist with tracking and preparing contracts, proposals, and other related sales documents
• Collaborate with the Delivery team to track deals, ensure smooth execution
• Coordinate with internal teams and ensure the smooth on-boarding of project teams
• Maintain client relationships and provide customer support

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in project coordination or operations within the IT or software industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and software development life cycles
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Experience in software sales or a related field.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills in customer interactions.
