Build Customers Relationships: Strengthen partnerships with key Project dealers through regular check-ins and support
Have good relationship with many project customers such as: Contractor, HVAC is an advantage
Explore and search for potential customers/distrinutors in the project field
Prepare, analyze, present and introduct products file, frequently update comparison products and price between TCL and competitors, market situation
Promote TCL LCAC and gather product feedback from market and customer, help TCL plan the CAC product line
Provide continuous, constructive feedback to Manager
Grasp the sales situation, customer needs, market needs in LCAC under your management
Knowledgeable in the field of design, construction of central air conditioning systems and distribution of LCAC air conditioning solutions, suitable to customer needs.
Negotiate contracts to ensure benefits for both customers and the company
Collaborate with engineering, design and construction departments to develop optimal solutions for each project
Monitor project progress, resolve issues and ensure service quality
Periodic work results reporting, customer data updates
Motivation and learning ability: The candidate's willingness to learn and grow, adapt and to be flexible in new environment as well as their drive to improve
To be able to go on business trip
