Mô tả công việc
• Receive targets from the management. Build the department's business plan, organize sales activities to achieve targets.
• Manage the sales team: collaborate with HR to recruit, train, assign tasks and targets, and evaluate staff performance.
• Responsible for organizing and implementing company's internal processes and management policies.
• Responsible for customer satisfaction; handle and resolve customer-related issues (if any).
