Areas and Accountabilities
Proposition champion
Accelerate payroll growth pivoting towards high income earners
Build and launch compelling Payroll offer package and continuously enhance proposition competitiveness.
Be the champion to unlock payroll acquisition opportunities through corporate deals together with Branch Distribution team
Capture cross-sell and up-sell opportunities through the roll-out of Customer Life Cycle Management campaigns, applied to both payroll and primary customers
Own and manage performance MI tracking, initiatives implementation, not limited to campaigns launch, reward fulfillment
Own proposition governance, guidelines and processes including payroll offering, upgrade, downgrade, benefit fulfillments
Customers / Stakeholders
Ensure customer benefits fulfillment with highest integrity and timeliness
Handling queries from frontline on Payroll proposition
Play a central role to connect stakeholders across products, operations, distribution, legal and compliance to ensure efficient procedure, unblock challenges to grow payroll portfolio
Digital Marketing and Governance
Digital Marketing:
Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel campaigns including Affiliates to deliver business KPIs on digital acquisition and awareness.
Ensure proper monitoring and tracking on digital marketing performance, budget and investment efficiency.
Manage agency performance and ensure accuracy of billing and reporting
Marketing Governance: Oversee compliance with brand, legal, and regulatory requirements on marketing-related content.
Operational Effectiveness & Control
Maintain and observe HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators
Maintain awareness of operational risk within Customer and Marketing division and minimisation of it occurring including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting in accordance with the Group Operations FIM.
