What does the ROLE entail?
Responsible for the oversight of safety and security for hotel guests and colleagues
Strong guest service orientation in order to ensure high guest expectations
Respond to guest and colleague emergencies and requests
Act as liaison between security and other hotel departments
Train hotel staff as needed
Other duties may include assisting the front desk and outlets as needed with guest requests and concerns
Provide guests with a safe and caring environment and ensure interactions with guests result in a positive experience
Support other operating departments as needed
