Mô tả công việc
* Daily Tasks
- Prepare export/import documents
- Handle export/import procedures (vessel schedules, delays, ETA, delivery dates to customers, etc.)
- Issue purchase orders to suppliers (based on customer orders)
- Contact with freight forwarders and handle customs clearance, warehouse inbound/outbound procedures, and follow-ups
* Weekly Tasks
- Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers (based on customer requests for changes, forecasts, etc.), and regularly send delivery tracking sheets
- Prepare materials for weekly meetings (update delivery schedules, inventory information, etc.)
* Monthly Tasks
- Prepare monthly quotations
- Update monthly inventory management (compare with previous month and check for discrepancies)
- Issue debit notes to freight forwarders and check monthly logistics costs
- Annual Tasks
- Perform inventory stocktaking
Yêu cầu
- Graduated from University
- Having Japanese N3 advanced level
- Having English Intermediate level
- Having at least 2 years experience as
Purchasing Staff, Import- Export staff or Purchasing cum Import - Export Staff
- Good at Microsoft office
- Good at communication skill
- Knowledge of international trade (L/C, Purchase Order (PO), Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading (BL), Air Waybill (AWB), Incoterms, Warehouse, etc.)
- Ownership attitude / Proactive and self-motivated
