Mô tả công việc
• Purchase standard and special products from our Würth network
• Purchase service/goods/products based on local inquiries of different departments
• Build up purchasing procedures with respective templates/documents
• Coordinate with planners and relevant departments to assess delivery schedules and determine specific approaches for the delivery of regular and emergent cases
• Communicate with suppliers, forwarders, internal departments to assure timely deliveries
• Clarify description, components affected, cost estimates, risks, resources and status
• Manage and evaluate suppliers including negotiation with suppliers on bids and contracts while considering costs, product volumes, and delivery
• Track dispatched tasks and provides feedback to requester
• Inventory management - monitoring and managing the inventories to ensure a smooth inventory flow and optimum stock level
• Process incoming customs clearance
• Back up for Logistics when needed
• Reporting line to General Director
Yêu cầu
• Candidate must at least possess a diploma, preferably in Business Administration with deep understanding in incoterms, logistics and local customs regulations
• Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills
• Strong business acumen, quality consciousness and professional integrity
• Excellent spoken and written in English and Vietnamese
• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in relevant fields
• Proficiency in MS Office: SAP knowledge will be an advantage
