Purchasing Officer

o Administrative and clerical support to a purchasing manager
o Assessing the needs of the factory and assist the manager in making choices about supplier sourcing, procurement, and vendor negotiations.
o Support manager in studying the market to identify price trends and future availability of materials and goods, including determine pricing strategies that allow the company to remain competitive and profitable.
o Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and timely deliveries
o Monitoring contract compliance and making sure that suppliers adhere to contractual obligations
o Reviewing purchase orders and other documents to ensure that they comply with company policies and procedures
o Travel to other locations of the factory to perform the work, monitor and manage the team
o Support manager in select supplier and negotiate contracts, negotiate price and contact with supplier, builds and maintain relationships with supplier.
