Mô tả công việc
Purchase raw materials such as timber, veneer, MDF, plywood and other materials under Purchasing manager's requirement
Sourcing materials and hardware, components in local and oversea relative to indoor and outdoor 's furniture
Negotiate with the existing suppliers and new potential suppliers to get the good price in purchasing materials.
Gain at least three quotation in sourcing and purchasing new materials in high value
Issuing PO in the FAST software and give to suppliers with prior approval from board of management
Follow up with suppliers frequently in delivery on time to meet the production's lead time
Coordinate with warehouse and QC for the good delivery in company
Maintain the existing suppliers and set up and develop new suppliers in the long term in the business relationship
Feedback with board of management in mobilizing market price and lacking raw material source promptly
Do weekly report for outstanding purchasing request and other reports
Other jobs are required by Purchasing Manager
Yêu cầu
Graduated from college or university in relative fields
Experience at least 2 years forward in furniture field
Good writing and fairly speaking English skill
Good at Microsoft office and Internet
Endure high pressure in fast pace environment
Teamwork spirit
Smart and proactive in the job
