1. Job duties & Responsibility
• Sourcing for packing materials, spare parts;
• Negotiate terms and conditions and schedule delivery;
• Work with vendor to develop and propose printing artworks;
• Coordinate with HO and other OGA unit aboard for packaging queries to finalize order;
• Manage PO file;
• Prepare contract;
• Manage stock level and propose monthly PM plan;
• Other tasks assigned by manager.
Yêu cầu
Education/Academic: College/university degree in related fields.
Language/Computer: Proficiency Proficient computer skills, including MS Word and Excel. English upper intermediate level.
Technical Skills/Competencies: Solid analytical skills.
Negotiation skills.
Behavioral Competencies: Sensitive, careful, honest and teamwork.
Work Experience 3 years working experience at least at same position
