ROLE SUMMARY
We operate FieldCheck, a SaaS solution for field operations management. The Technical
Account Executive supports the Engineer team by taking full ownership of day-to-day client communication, project tracking, and coordination tasks. This role ensure clients receive timely, professional communication and projects stay on track.
The ideal candidate acts as the primary client-facing point of contact for operational matters, proactively drives follow-ups, and is comfortable representing the team in product demos and presentations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Client Communication & Product Demo
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, handling operational communication (progress
updates, clarifications, deliverable reminders).
• Conduct product demos and feature walkthroughs for clients - explain what the system does, the
value it delivers, and answer basic questions on the spot without pulling in engineering.
• Draft and send regular update communications using standardized templates.
• Identify issues that require technical escalation and relay them to the Senior BA/Engineer promptly
and clearly.
2. Project Tracking & Coordination
• Maintain the task board (Trello or equivalent) to accurately reflect real-time project status.
• Track all pending items, deadlines, and blockers; proactively remind stakeholders without being
asked.
• Prepare meeting materials, take meeting notes, and distribute action items to relevant parties after
each session.
• Consolidate communication into shared channels - reduce information scatter across individuals
and platforms.
3. Internal Coordination
• Liaise between the Engineer team and other departments (CS, Operation, QC) when cross-team
dependencies arise.
• Support onboarding of project context for new team members when needed.
4. Product Support & User-Perspective Testing
• Perform functional testing of FieldCheck features from a user perspective - verify that new features
work as expected before release and flag usability issues that technical testing may miss.
• Assist in AI image recognition testing - prepare test images, execute test cases, and document
results with clear bug reports for the engineering team.
• Support product managers with requirement clarification, user flow checks, and feature verification as
needed.
• Help prepare product documents, release notes, and internal manuals.
• Configure FieldCheck platform modules based on client or internal requirements (no coding required;
logical thinking and attention to detail essential).
