Địa điểm làm việc:
- Nơi làm việc chính: Nhà máy Olam Agri Việt Nam tại Cụm Công Nghiệp Kiến Thành, Ấp 3, Xã Long Cang, Tỉnh Tây Ninh. Có xe đưa rước nhân viên từ 7h30 tại quận 1, Tp HCM, mất khoảng 1h-1h15p để đến nhà máy.
- Phát sinh: Văn phòng HCM, Tầng 12, Tòa nhà Enterprise, số 290 Bến Vân Đồn, Phường 2, Quận 4.
Thời gian làm việc: 8h30-17h30 từ thứ 2-6, thứ 7 work from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to employees and the management team on all IT-related issues (hardware, software, network, etc.).
Monitor, maintain, and periodically upgrade IT infrastructure, including computers, internet systems, cameras, and related equipment.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, software applications, and computer hardware.
Monitor and implement information security policies to ensure data protection and system integrity.
Manage and track IT assets, including inventory control and documentation.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
As least 3 years' experience in
IT support or helpdesk roles
Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, and software systems.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Additional Requirements:
Only English CVs will be accepted.
