QA Engineer E2E Testing, Postman, English

We are looking for QA Engineers with strong analytical skills and leadership potential to join our growing team in Vietnam. This is a hands-on role with a focus on ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders regionally to deliver flawless user experiences.

The job nature requires you to use English on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze our app and develop effective strategies and test plans
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
• Evaluate product code according to specifications
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of proven experience as a QA Engineer/Tester or in a similar role

Must-have:

• Hands-on experience testing both web and mobile platforms
• Project exposure to large-scale or high-impact products, with direct involvement in core business modules (E2E testing)
• Strong skills in API testing using tools such as Postman
• Working knowledge of SQL and at least one test management tool (e.g., qTest, Zephyr)
• Ability to document, track, and troubleshoot errors effectively
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies; familiarity with Agile frameworks is a plus
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability

Nice-to-have:

• Basic coding skills in Java or Python (pytest + Requests, etc.)
• Familiarity with automation tools (Playwright, Appium, JMeter)
• Domain experience in internet products, logistics, mapping/navigation, or SaaS platforms
• Experience using CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins), proxy tools (Charles/Proxyman), or API documentation tools (Swagger/Apollo)
• Openness to leveraging AI tools in testing workflows
