Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end quality control processes (IQC, IPQC, FQC, OQC).
- Monitor and reduce defect rate, scrap, and rework across production.
- Analyze quality data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (RCA, CAPA, 7 QC Tools).
- Handle customer complaints and ensure effective resolution.
- Manage supplier quality performance and incoming materials.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and production readiness.
- Organize internal audits and coordinate external/customer audits.
- Lead and develop QA/QC team, promote quality culture.
KPIs:
- Reduce defect rate, customer complaints, and COPQ
- Improve First Pass Yield (FPY)
- Enhance overall product quality
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Garment Technology, Quality Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in backpack, bag, luggage, or garment industry is preferred.
- Experience managing QA/QC teams.
- Strong experience in continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing, or cost reduction initiatives.
- Good understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and quality management tools.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
