QA QC Team Leader Manual

We are looking for a QA/QC Team Lead with solid testing and leadership skills. Candidates to join Money Forward Vietnam will participate in passionate, joyful and high competence teams to enhance quality for software products which are serving millions of people.
Responsibilities:
- Estimate and define test plan/ strategy for assigned products
- Lead a test team and control testing progress and quality
- Support and review testing artifacts from team members
- Contribute to agile teams for product requirement and documentation
- Perform testing activities with in-depth understanding of requirements and testing techniques
- Support development teams to design testable software
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities at personal, team and organization levels

Must have
- 5+ years of experience in web/ mobile app testing;
- 1+ year in leadership role
- Preferably a bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related fields
- Solid skills and knowledge of testing process and techniques
- Experience in leading one or several test teams
- Familiar with story and test management tools like Jira, TestRail...
- Good English communication and documentation
- Good critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Having passion in testing, open minded and able to self-motivated

Nice to have
- API testing or Performance testing skill
- Non-functional testing skills like load testing or basic security testing
- ISTQB or equivalent testing certificate
