Mô tả công việc
- Maintaining the quality management system;
- Recipe management;
- Responsible for specifications of raw materials, additives, packaging and end products;
- Organizing quality audit;
- Knowledge of legislation regarding commodities;
- Testing alternative raw materials;
- Coordinating and supervising trial production;
- Drawing up controlling specifications for products, raw materials and additives;
- Responsible for controlling quality of raw materials, packaging, and end products;
- Propagate the company policy and company objectives.
Authorities
Authorised to make agreements with relations, in consultation with the QA Manager Dobla Asia.
Work meeting
- Monthly meeting with Operators; Head Operator and the Operation Manager ;
- Weekly meeting with QA Manager Dobla Asia;
Management: Manages the quality system and assistant on a daily basic.
Reports directly to the QA Manager Dobla Asia.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor degree of Food technology is required;
- Knowledge of the quality systems HACCP, BRC, ISO 9001, ISO14001, Kosher; Halal.
- Experience in managing a production quality, preferably in the food industry;
- Managerial qualities;
- Languages Vietnamese and English;
- Good knowledge of production process;
- Good basic knowledge of food safety systems;
- Computer knowledge MS Office;
