QC Manager - Washing

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the Washing QC team to ensure inspection activities are carried out effectively and in compliance with established quality standards, procedures, and production schedules.
• Plan, assign, and supervise the daily work of QC Supervisors and Checkers, ensuring adequate manpower allocation and timely completion of inspection activities.
• Monitor and control the quality and quantity of products throughout the Washing QC process, ensuring all products meet customer requirements and company quality standards.
• Oversee the effective implementation of QC activities, inspection procedures, and quality standards across Wet, Dry, and Production operations.
• Coach and develop QC Supervisors and Checkers to improve technical competency, inspection skills, and overall team performance.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, safety regulations, 5S, PPE requirements, and sharp tool control procedures within the QC team.
• Implement and follow up on quality-related requests and improvement initiatives from Management and customers, ensuring timely execution and effective results.
• Complete other duties assigned by Management.
