Job Summary
The Data Quality Analyst - Japanese position aims to ensure the consistent and high-quality execution of content moderation policies, providing feedback to enhance accuracy, minimize errors, and contribute to a positive online environment.
Qualifications
Review the implementation & efficiency of quality and inspection systems;
Plan, conducted & monitored testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure the quality of products;
Investigate customer's claims and non-conformance issues;
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality systems;
Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventative actions;
Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective action.
Yêu cầu
Key Responsibilities
Good English skills in reading and gathering information from foreign customers' requirements;
B2 English level required (Able to understand/read documents).
Japanese language proficiency (N2 or above preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese, with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.
Have at least 1-year experience in BPO service (such as: data entry, content moderator, customer support,...) and service analysis;
Be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills;
Proficient skills with MS Office and Google Drive;
Willingness to handle multi-projects;
Having good communication skills is an advantage;
Able to work on Holidays is preferable.

- Operating hours: Monday through Sunday.
- Work in a maximum of 40 hours per week (5 shift/week with night shift required).
- Availability on weekends, holidays.
