Quality Assurance Team leader

Key Responsibilities
1. QMS Management
Maintain QMS in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards/API Q2 standards
Ensure alignment with standard (ISO 9001:2015/API Q2) and client requirements
2. Planning &
Assurance
Review contracts and technical requirements (understand drilling contract/Offshore Rig equipment)
Ensure the service design adapts to contract requirements
Ensure SQP completeness before execution
Validate integration of risk assessment
3. Risk &
Opportunity Management
Facilitate risk assessments (rig/project level)
Ensure mitigation actions are implemented and tracked
4. Audit &
Compliance
Conduct internal audits (rig, base, supplier)
Track audit findings and closure
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standard &
API Q2 specification clauses

Supplier Quality
Management
Perform supplier evaluation and re-evaluation.
Define verification levels based on risk

Performance
Monitoring
Analyze KPI, NPT, service failures
Report on trends in management to manager
7.
Continuous
Improvement
Lead RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
Manage CAPA system
Support MOC implementation
Qualification Requirements
Degree in Technical/Engineering
5-8 years oil & gas (drilling preferred)
Strong knowledge of API Q2 / ISO 9001
Experience in audit and risk management
